NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of KERN DELTA WATER DISTRICT invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 2:00 PM on August 3, 2021, for the furnishing to said DISTRICT of all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities, and other items necessary to construct said work. At said time, said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the DISTRICT,

Bids shall conform to and be responsive to the Contract Documents for the work. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at a cost of $100 per copy from the DISCTRICT.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and tour will be held on July 21st, 2021 at 9:00 AM commencing at the office of the DISTRICT.
