Howard Frick, Director Area 1
 
Having served on the board since 1967, Howard is the "elder statesman" of the Kern Delta board members. He is also a member of the Kern County Water Resources Committee in an advisory position to the Kern County Board of Supervisors, President of the Arvin-Edison Water Storage District, a member of the Southern California Water Committee, and a California Farm Bureau member. Howard served as President of the Kern Delta Water District board from 1988 - 1999. Howard has farmed in the Arvin and Lamont areas, growing potatoes, carrots, onions and cotton.
 
 
David L. Kaiser, Director Area 2
 
David Kaiser has served on the Kern Delta Water District board since 1985. At present, David holds the office of Vice President of the board. He is also a member of the Kern County Water Resources Committee in an advisory position to the Kern County Board of Supervisors. After retiring from the California Highway Patrol, David decided to give farming a try and at the present time grows cotton, alfalfa, and silage corn.
 
 
Richard Tillema, Director Area 3
 
Richard is one of the newest members to the Kern Delta Water District board having become a Director in 2003, following the retirement of Bill Costerisan. He is also a California Farm Bureau member. Besides running a large dairy, Richard grows alfalfa, silage corn, and wheat in the Greenfield area.
 
 
J. Stanley Antongiovanni, Director Area 4
 
Stan has served as a director on the Kern Delta Water District board since 1977. He is the current President of the Board and has held this office since 1999, following Howard Frick’s presidency. Stan is a member of the California Farm Bureau, the Kern County Farm Bureau and the California Water Fowl Association. He has grown alfalfa, carrots, silage corn, oats, milo, and watermelons in the Pumpkin Center and Old River areas.
 
 
Philip J. Cerro II, Director Area 5
 
Phil has served as a director on the Kern Delta Water District board since 1997, following in the footsteps of his father Philip Cerro who was one of the original directors of the District. At the present time Phil holds the Combined Officer position on the board. He is a member of the Kern County Farm Bureau, the County Committee for the Farm Service Agency, and serves on the board of Calcot Limited as a representative of the Kern Delta Weedpatch Gin. Cerro Farms grows cotton, corn, and wheat.
 
 
Fred Garone, Director Area 6
 

Fred has served as Director since 1995, following in the footsteps of his father Frank Garone, one of the original directors, who served on the Kern Delta Water District board for 30 years. Fred is also a member of both the California and Kern County Farm Bureaus, the California and Kern County Cattlemen’s Associations and Western Growers Association. At this time Fred grows cotton, alfalfa, carrots, silage corn, wheat, and almonds.

David C. Cosyns, Director Area 7
 
David has been a director on the Kern Delta Water District Board since 1995 and has worked for the Boswell Company for the past 34 years. Besides holding the office of Secretary of this board, David is also President of the Henry Miller Water District, and is a board member of the Buena Vista Water Storage District, the N. W. Kern Resource Conservation District, and the California Cotton Pest Control Board.  Among crops grown by the Boswell Company are cotton, alfalfa, onions, wheat, and processing tomatoes.
 
 
Donald Collins, Director Area 8
 
Donald is one of the newest members to the Kern Delta Water District board, coming on in 2003. Donald has been farming since 1982 and at the present time is the Ranch Manager for Borba, Bidart and Vanden Berg Farms. He is a member of the California and Kern County Farm Bureaus. Major crops grown on these farms is alfalfa, wheat, silage corn, and oats.
 
 
Rodney Palla, Director Area 9
 
Rodney has served the Kern Delta Water District in the position of director since 1996. The Palla family has been involved in the dairy industry for nearly 60 years. Rodney is a member of the Kern County Farm Bureau. The major crops grown on his farm are alfalfa, wheat, and silage corn.
